Dr. Naloka Baker Frederick (PhD, VFMA, PGDFM, BBA, UDBS) serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Zion Apologetic Research Institute in Kampala. He is a retired auditor in the Office of the Auditor General. He earned his PhD in Apologetic Science and has authored 26 books on various apologetic subjects, both locally-10 books with National Library of Uganda, and internationally- 10 books with Book Rivers, 1 book with Bright sky, and 6 books with Clever Fox publishers all in India. Furthermore, he has published six books with Clever Fox Publishers in India. Prof. Jotham Mbiito Byarugaba earned his PhD in Marketing from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa, a Master of Science in Marketing from Salford University in Manchester, UK, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University in Uganda. He serves as an Associate Professor of Marketing within the Department of Marketing and Media Studies at Makerere University Business School. His research interests encompass services marketing, quality assurance, productivity and quality management, total quality management, consumer behavior, and political marketing. Canon, Dr. Ogentho Poul Maxwell (PhD, Msc, CPA, DBS; DPA; Fellow US GAO) is a part-time lecturer of Muni University Uganda. He earned his PhD in Accounting & Finance and Msc in Accounting & Finance from Makerere University-Kampala; He authored a number of peer-reviewed International journal publications such as International Journal of Public Administration-Routledge-Tailor & Francis; Global Encyclopedia of Public Administration, Public Policy and Governance-Springer; Public Organization Review Journal-Springer), among others. His expertise and vast work experience are in Private and public sectors Financial Management (Financial, Performance/value for money and Internal Auditing). He was formerly a Director in the office of Auditor General of Uganda; Chief Finance officer and Chief Internal Auditor in the Local government of Uganda. He served on INTOSAI WGEI sub-committee, AFROSAI-E technical committee and INTOSAI Performance audit sub-committee.
