Objective Kayachikitsa – A Handbook of Standard Treatment Guidelines Based on Charaka Samhita is a manual that, in contrast to thick, time-consuming traditional textbooks, is lighter, more concise, and easier to read.
Each chapter in this book contains a comprehensive treatment plan for that particular disease because it was assembled objectively. This book is written in an objective, non-descriptive style; literal translations are avoided in favour of pure Sanskrit terminology.
Each section begins with Points to Ponder, which provides a brief description of the disorder based on the National AYUSH Morbidity & Standardized Terminologies: Ayurveda Morbidity Codes. This is followed by the Standard Treatment Guideline, which delves into the specific treatment plans and drugs.
