It’s okay to heal slowly, to stand alone, and to say no. It’s okay to take your time, to
turn off your emotions to protect yourself, and to still love after being used. It’s okay
to forgive yourself, to feel better even if guilt comes, to take chances, and to be
scared.
Carry your scars if you need to; be you without filter, pretending, or explaining. This
