Dr. Sahithya BR is a clinical psychologist and a passionate advocate for healthy parenting and children's mental well-being. With extensive experience, she has authored multiple research publications and actively engages with the community through her blog and YouTube channel, where she focuses on mental health topics. As a mother, Dr. Sahithya encountered significant challenges when her child faced issues with attention, concentration, and excessive mobile phone use. These problems were intensified by the pandemic, as lockdowns and online classes led to increased screen time, which soon extended to non-academic use of digital devices. To address this, she created worksheets to engage her daughter. However, Dr. Sahithya quickly realized that many other parents were experiencing similar struggles. Her goal was to provide practical support to parents, helping them engage their children with non-electronic activities and transition away from screens.
