Prof. N.Gajendran who worked as Scientific Officer in the Department of Atomic Energy for more than 15 year, re-entered into Teaching profession as Professor to teach Biology under 'Education Reconstruction Process' Initiated by the United Nations in an East African country to prepare war-returned youths in the National Building Process. Back home in India, he served in several Institutes in different capacities and finally retired from the Presidency College under University of Madras as a Teaching Faculty. Dr. Aishwarya Gajendran is an accomplished ENT surgeon with a Gold Medal in MS ENT and is currently working at the Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust in the United Kingdom. She has co-authored Mastering Medical Research, a book designed to bridge the gap between traditional learning and modern research needs. Her contribution further continued to also co-author basic concepts of biology, the book which ensures that it serves as a practical guide for foundation medical students and professionals alike. Dr. Kumaran Gnanasekaran is a highly skilled anesthesiologist with a special interest in difficult airway management and regional anesthesia. He is currently working at the Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust in the United Kingdom. He believes that medical professionals must continuously evolve and refine their research methods to stay current with medical advancements. Dr. Rashmika Rajendran is a distinguished clinician and academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of ENT at Bharath Medical College. Dr. Rajendran’s leadership and passion for advancing medical research make her a valuable asset to the field of otorhinolaryngology. Dr. Rithika Rajendran is an ECFMG-certified physician with a strong background in clinical practice and research. As a board-certified pathologist, she has effectively translated laboratory discoveries into bedside applications as a researcher. Currently, Dr. Rajendran works as a researcher in Washington, DC, focusing on the molecular basis of prostate cancer to address racial disparities in-treatment outcomes. Her extensive training in various aspects of clinical research allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work.
