The idea for Ageing Gracefully was conceived a few years ago when I jumped all the hurdles and landed in my 70’s still healthy and going strong. We start to think that we are not young anymore. While all this is happening, we occasionally come across senior citizens who are blessed with that eternal youthful looks and charm, indeed the envy of all of us somewhat in a good way as we can draw inspiration from those members of our elite seniors group. This book, I hope will spread the word to all seniors that we do still have a lot to contribu
