Description

Things are going to change – that is their nature. One day, we succeed; one day, we fail; one day, we are at the top; another, we are at the bottom. But our consciousness should remain unchanging. Something in us is always the same, and something is our reality.
When we can create a distance between our mind and our being, we have taken the first step of the psychology of Buddha.
If we jump into the mind, more noise is created, and more problems are surfacing. Sitting by the side, we learned the technique. The moment we sit on the bank of our mind, we no longer give it energy. This is actual meditation. Freud talks about analysis, and Assagioli talks about synthesis. Buddhas have always talked about meditation and awareness.
Meditation, awareness, watchfulness, witnessing—that is the uniqueness of the third psychology. No psychoanalyst is needed. You can do it on your own. You have to do it on your own. No guidelines are required. It is such a simple process—simple if we do it. If we don’t do it, it doesn’t look straightforward.
Be more aware of our mind. By being aware of our mind, we will become aware that we are not the mind, which is the beginning of the revolution. We have started flowing higher and higher. When no longer attached to the mind, we enter the Buddha field. Entering the Buddha field means entering the world of levitation. We start floating upward.
So, it is not a question of analyzing or synthesizing. It is simply a question of becoming aware. That’s why the East has not developed any psychotherapy like Freudian, Jungian, or Adlerian- and there are so many in the market now.
East has not developed a single psychotherapy because we know psychotherapies can’t heal. They may help us to accept our wounds, but they can’t heal. Healing comes when we are no longer attached to the mind. When we are disconnected from the mind, unidentified, absolutely untethered, and when the bondage is finished, healing happens.
Transcendence is actual therapy, and it is not only psychotherapy. It is not only a phenomenon limited to our psychology. It is far more than that. It is spiritual. It heals us in our very being. Mind is only our circumference, not our center.
