Our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, and we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a book. Please review our policy below for details on how we handle returns and exchanges


Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for free delivery, your order must meet the following criteria:

1. Minimum Purchase Requirement: Orders must have a total purchase cost of Rs 500 or above to be eligible for free delivery.

2. Free Delivery Coupon: If you have a free delivery coupon, you can use it to claim free delivery, regardless of the order total.

3. How to Apply the Free Delivery Coupon:

– During the checkout process, enter the provided coupon code in the designated field.

– The system will automatically apply the free delivery discount to your order.

4. Combining Offers: Free delivery coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

5. Delivery Charges without Eligibility: Orders below Rs 500 will incur standard delivery charges.

6. Applicability: The free delivery policy applies to standard delivery within our specified delivery areas.

7. Modifications to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and other relevant channels.

  • The book must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • E-books and downloadable content are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Ziffy Bees account.
2. Navigate to your order history and select the book(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions to generate a return request.
4. Pack the book securely and include a copy of the packing slip.
5. Our Delivery partner will schedule a pickup.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned book, our team will inspect it. If the book meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Eligibility Criteria

Exchanges are allowed for books that are damaged upon receipt or if you received the wrong book. If you need to exchange a book, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Our team will guide you through the exchange process, which may include providing photos of the damaged book.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the book and sending you a replacement.
