Dr. Dhirendra Kumar is currently serving as the Associate Professor and Head of the AGB at CoVAS, Kishanganj, Bihar, India. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Professor at SKUAST-J, Jammu and Kashmir. Dr. Kumar is a distinguished academician and researcher, recognized with numerous accolades for his contributions to science and education. These include Appreciation Awards, the Distinguished Scientist Award, the Excellence in Teaching Award, Young Scientist Award, and the Life Science Leadership Award. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Kumar has substantial experience in university administration, having undertaken various administrative roles that have strengthened institutional development and academic governance.
