Dr. Jhumishree Meher Dr Jhumishree Meher has completed PhD degree (ICAR-SRF, DST-INSPIRE Fellowship) from Banaras Hindu University. Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh in 2023. She has completed her B.Sc., (Ag.) degree from OUAT, Odisha and M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Pathology (ICAR-JRF) from J.N.K.VV., Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. She has published more than 10 research papers in high-impact and international journals. Additionally, she has also published several book chapters in reputed publication houses like Taylor and Francis, Elsevier and Springer. She was awarded with Mahima Young Scientist Award in 2018 for her research work. She has a long-standing interest in teaching plant pathology for which she has also created a YouTube channel: Plant Pathology Pathsala.Dr. Prahlad Masurkar Dr. Prahlad Masurkar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Agriculture, L.P.U., Phagwara, India, 114441. He has received his B.Sc. (Ag.) degree from M.P.K.V., Rahuri, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (ICAR-NTS), M.Sc. (Ag.) from J.N.K.V.V., Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh (ICAR- JRF) and he has received his Ph.D. degree from a prestigious University; Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. He has also qualified ICAR-NET in Plant Pathology. During his Ph.D. tenure he also worked as Young Professional-II at ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack Odisha. Dr. Prahlad research mainly focuses on Rice Pathology, False Smut Disease, Molecular Biology and Genetic Diversity. He has more than 10 research papers in national and international repute journals and more than 30 articles published in various magazines/bulletin. He has a long-standing interest in teaching at the UG, PG and PhD level.Dr. Jeetu NarwareDr. Jeetu Narware is working as Assistant professor (Plant Pathology) at LNCT University, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). She completed her under graduation in Agriculture from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola (M.S.), M.Sc. in Plant Pathology from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli (M.S.) and PhD from Mycology and Plant Pathology, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She stood adorned with the prestigious title of a gold medalist in the realm of MSc. in plant pathology. She cleared ICAR-NET two times (2017 & 2018) along with that she delivered lectures as a resource person at center for advanced research & development and radio talk on AIR. She is a recipient of ICAR-NTS (2011-2015), ICAR-NTS (2015-2017) for UG and PG respectively, and UGC-BHU (2017-2019), NF-OBC (2019-2023) fellowships for PhD during her academic career. She has published research article in national and international journals, presented her work as oral (3rd prize) and poster presentations (1st prize) in seminars and conferences. Her specialization was in nanotechnology.
