Nidhi Kagrana is an internationally certified yoga therapist, wellness educator, and the founder of Balance2Bliss, a holistic wellness practice based in Singapore. With over two decades of personal yoga practice and more than six years of focused work in yoga therapy, Nidhi specializes in supporting women through hormonal transitions using an integrated, evidence-informed yogic approach. Her work centers on women’s health after 35—a phase often marked by subtle yet disruptive changes in energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, and emotional resilience. Through her clinical experience, Nidhi observed that many women struggle not because they are doing “too little,” but because they are doing too much without the right rhythm. This insight became the foundation of her teaching and writing.Nidhi’s approach blends classical yoga philosophy, therapeutic movement, pranayama, meditation, and modern lifestyle science. Drawing from traditional yogic texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Upanishads, alongside contemporary research in stress physiology, neuroscience, and women’s health, she helps women understand their bodies with clarity rather than fear. She has conducted yoga therapy sessions, workshops, and wellness programs across community centres, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and private settings. Her work includes chair yoga for seniors, breath-based stress regulation programs, menopause wellness courses, and one-to-one therapeutic sessions tailored to individual needs. Nidhi is also a faculty trainer for accredited wellness and lifelong-learning programs in Singapore.Known for her calm, grounded teaching style, Nidhi emphasizes consistency over intensity and awareness over force. She believes that the body is inherently intelligent—and that many symptoms women experience are not problems to be suppressed, but messages to be understood. This book reflects not only her professional training but also her personal journey. Like many women, Nidhi experienced hormonal shifts before she fully recognized what was happening in her body. It was through applying a yoga-therapy lens—adjusting movement, breath, lifestyle, and inner rhythms—that she began to experience meaningful change. These lived insights inform the compassionate, practical tone of her writing.Through Balance2Bliss, Nidhi continues to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, navigating change with confidence, and cultivating sustainable well-being. This book is an extension of that work—offering readers a steady, respectful guide to hormonal harmony through both yogic wisdom and modern understanding.
