જય જિનેન્દ્ર , હું ડીંપલ શાહ છું – ૩૨ વર્ષીય નવી લેખિકા, અને આ પુસ્તક મારું પહેલું પ્રકાશન છે. હું જૈન કુટુંબમાંથી છું, જોકે હું પોતાને બહુ આધ્યાત્મિક માનતી નથી. પણ નમોકાર મંત્ર કંઈક એવો છે જે હંમેશાં મને ખેચતો રહ્યો છે. આજ મારી આત્મયાત્રાનો એક શાંત અને અંગત માર્ગ બની રહ્યો છે.
હું ઇન્ટર સીએ છું અને મને ૫ વર્ષથી વધુનો અનુભવ એકાઉન્ટ્સ ક્ષેત્રમાં છે. મારો વ્યવસાયિક માર્ગ હંમેશાં સંખ્યાઓ અને નીતિગત કામમાં ગયો છે. પણ આ પુસ્તક મારી જીવનયાત્રાનો નવો પાઘડીયો છે – જ્યાં હું અર્થ શોધવા અને આત્મિક જોડાણ માટે લખી રહી છું.
હું જોતી હતી કે મોટા ભાગે વડીલોમાં મંત્ર લખવાનું એક શાંતિદાયક સાધન બની ગયું છે. એટલે વિચાર આવ્યો કે આવું એક પુસ્તક કેમ ન બનાવું, જ્યાં નમોકાર મંત્ર લખવાનું અનુભવ, ધ્યાન અને ભક્તિ બંને બની શકે.
