At 49, Veerendra has lived two creative lives: one as an engineering graduate from Pune's prestigious COEP working in software, the other as a storyteller captivated by the human heart. To bridge these worlds, he completed a full-time Screenplay Writing course at FTII Pune, where he learned to architect stories with the same care he once brought to code—structuring emotional arcs, building character depth, and finding the cinematic pulse beneath everyday life. His writing explores what happens when love collides with identity, when transformation demands sacrifice, and when the symbolic and the deeply personal become one.
