Dr. Sunil Mishra is a Professor in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour at Institute of Management Studies, Sage University, Indore (M.P.). He holds a Ph.D. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, where he conducted research that earned his doctoral thesis the recognition of being nominated as the second-best dissertation for the Prof. Durganand Sinha's Best Dissertation Award at the XXIst Annual Convention of the National Academy of Operational Research (NAOP), held at IRMA, Anand, in 2011.With over 21 years of experience in both the industry and academia, Dr. Mishra has built a distinguished career, blending practical industry knowledge with academic expertise.
