Ruturaj Vilas Asane is a law student at Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, with a strong interest in constitutional law, public policy, and access to justice. Passionate about making legal knowledge accessible to all, he has been involved in legal research, writing, and rights-based advocacy. India’s Wheel of Justice is his debut book, reflecting his belief that the law must serve the people—not remain locked behind courtroom doors and complex jargon.
