Paparao Chintalapudi approaches leadership through reflection, inquiry, and character-driven action—believing that lasting impact requires self-knowledge and values, not just competence. Over a four-decade career, he spent twenty-two years in senior leadership at Reliance Industries Limited and has taught leadership at leading executive education institutions. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Harvard Business School, and the University of Notre Dame, USA, he works to democratise access to reflective leadership learning. He is the author of The Ignored Mirror.
