She is having more than 22 years of academic experience and 14 years of research experience. Her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics was completed in the year 1995 from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore University, Bangalore. Post Graduation (MTech) in Digital Communication from MSRIT, VTU, Belagavi in the year 2006. Dr. Shri Harsha J is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Mysuru Royal Institute of Technology, Mandya, he has previously held faculty positions at several reputed institutions across Karnataka.
He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education, Tumkur, with his research focusing on voltage source converter-based HVDC systems for independent power producers.
