The book is written by Ms. Meena Jha and Dr. Shruti Jha. Meena Jha is a Cancer Warrior herself. She fought a bitter battle of pain back to health which made a deep impact in her mind. Meena Jha is an MBA Finance who worked for various financial institutions where she headed the corporate training division for them. She currently trains, writes, authors books and writes blogs, to teach and engage with young minds in schools and colleges. Dr. Shruti Jha is a qualified medical doctor and an ICMR STS scholar. She has published research papers in renowned journals namely in Journal of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research of PGIMER, Chandigarh, Indian Journal of Health Sciences and Biomedical Research (KLEU), National Journal of Medical Research, and SBV Journal of Basic Clinical and Applied Health Science. The emotional journey of cancer of her mother as a cancer survivor inspired her to take up the field of Medicine and made her deeply interested to co-author with her in the process of writing the book
