And then, for India’s largest domestic Pharma company. Meanwhile he completed programs at IIM Ahmedabad.
Next stop was Bahrain. Managing private equity investments, using cross border mergers and acquisitions to provide exemplary returns, focus shifted to Information Technology and its confluence with finance.
That took Manab to the USA, pursuing mergers, turnarounds, and strategic redirection of businesses, helping start-ups. Meanwhile he completed a program at Rutgers Business School, New Jersey.
Co-founding an India focused Foundation for supporting women and girls, in 2022, after 28 years abroad, Manab moved back to India. He now lives in Kolkata with his wife, Indrani and Muffy the cute Maltese. Their only son Saurav lives in Barcelona, with his wife Alejandrina.
