Latha Lavanya is working as an Associate Professor in MEASI Institute of Management, Chennai and has 24 years of professional experience. She has established herself as a distinguished academic and industry expert. Her scholarly contributions are extensive, with over 87 research papers published in esteemed journals indexed by Scopus, WoS and ABDC. She is also a recognized Ph.D. guide at the University of Madras, mentoring the next generation of researchers. A trailblazer in her field, Dr. B.L.
