Book Name : The science of BAMP : Current concepts and future directions Dr.Harini Sri.O is an orthodontic resident with a remarkable passion for advancing the field of dental care and craniofacial orthopedics. I had completed my undergraduate from, KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research,Tiruchengode,Tamilnadu. I'm currently doing my postgraduate in department of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, in Vinayaka Mission's Sankarachariyar dental college,VMRF-DU,Salem .My topic of interest is to incorporating Bone-Anchored Maxillary Protraction (BAMP) into clinical practice. This innovative technique allows for more effective and minimally invasive treatment options for patients with Class III malocclusions, significantly improving facial aesthetics and functionality. In addition to BAMP, myself has a deep interest in other contemporary orthodontic treatments, such as clear aligners and the use of 3D imaging technologies. These advancements enable precise diagnosis and treatment planning, resulting in shorter treatment times, improved comfort, and better outcomes for patients of all ages. Apart from my clinical interest, i too interested in research field as well as an educator. Im working on various publications, to share my knowledge and insights with the wider orthodontic community. The commitment to research ensures that they remain at the forefront of orthodontic innovation, always exploring new ways to enhance patient outcomes.
