Dr. Amrish Sarup Kohli is a passionate writer and a multilingual poet from Jammu, the city of temples. Born on 29th of July 1976 in Jammu, he was partly bought up in the Kashmir Valley. He has a deep commitment to tell human stories that inspire empathy, resilience, and endurance as a reflection of human sufferings. Invisible and Invincible is his debut non-fiction work that bloomed from a desire to preserve and share real-life experiences from the COVID-19 pandemic. Driven by his working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Microbiology, he brings a thoughtful and compassionate lens to each narrative. His writings reflect a belief in the power of telling real life stories to connect humans across distance and time. When he is not writing, he enjoys singing, and touching emotions through his poems. Invisible and Invincible is dedicated to all those who endured the pandemic- and especially to author?s late father, who is present in each word of the book.
