Dr. S. Kumaran is working as Professor in Alliance School of Business, Alliance University, Bangalore. He has more than three decades of experience in teaching, research and corporate. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Medical Tourism Management from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu. He has published seven books on Tourism Management and has published more than 100 research papers in journals and conferences. He is also a research supervisor and successfully guided two doctoral students. He has been awarded with Global Outreach Education Award-2019 for Lifetime Achievement and Best researcher award for exceptional research contribution through eminent publication for the year 2020-2022 by Alliance University, Bangalore.
